OUR SERVICES
Our Full Facility Inspection involves a deep dive into operational practices, facility maintenance, and sanitation issues. By evaluating these three key areas, we are able to give an accurate assessment of your current situation and provide a Full Facility Inspection Report that includes recommendations and best practices for bird issues.
When our technicians arrive on-site, they start the inspection by observing the number of birds in and around your facility. If you also have a removal service, it then begins at this time. During our service, we inspect the entire facility, interior and exterior. Key inspection points are:
- Operational Practices – All methods and ways you run your business
- Common at-risk practices include: leaving doors open, stocking food near doors and open trash cans beside doors
- Facility Maintenance – Ensuring the integrity of your structure with regards to birds
- Common issues include: Holes or gaps in the roofline, unsealed areas around pipes through exterior walls and broken or faulty automatic doors
- Sanitation – Keeping your facility clean from all bird nesting and droppings
- Common issues include: Nesting in and around your facility, droppings on sidewalks and walls and lack of a process for remediation
The Full Facility Inspection is automatically included with our other services. It is also available as a standalone service.
